Mr. Emeka Onwuka is a highly experienced financial services professional withmany years of experience in the finance world of Sub-Saharan Africa. He built asuccessful career with a longstanding record of accomplishment as the formerGroup Managing Director of Diamond Bank Plc (“Diamond Bank”), and between2011 and 2013 as the Chairman of Enterprise Bank.
He currently offers financial advisory services to businesses around the globe and is a partner in Andersen Tax Nigeria, a member firm of Andersen Global, which is an independent tax firm with a worldwide presence. He serves on the boards of various companies including Ecobank Nigeria Limited, Bharti Airtel Nigeria and recently appointed as Chairman of FMDQ Securities Exchange Ltd and director in FMDQ Holdings Ltd. He previously served on the board of the erstwhile FMDQ OTC Plc; a Securities & Exchange Commission licensed marketplace, owned by all Nigerian banks and the Stock Exchange and until November 2017 on the Board of First Atlantic Bank Ghana.
He holds the Nigerian National honour, Officer of the Order of the Niger (OON).
