Governor Babajide Olusola Sanwo-Olu launched the new logistics and other crime-fighting tools being presented to the Lagos State Neighbourhood Safety Agency (LNSA) in order to boost their
Speaking at the event, the General Manager of the Agency, Prince Dr. Ifalade Oyekan FSIN appreciated the initiative of the Governor while assuring residents and visitors to Lagos that the Agency will continue to push for a safer and more secured Lagos.
Prince Oyekan said the Governor has hit the ground running with this launch coming less than two weeks after his inauguration for a second term in Office. He said this is a sign of greater things to
come during the second term of Mr. Babajide Sanwo-Olu.
Ifalade advised the five Divisional Commanders and Corp Officers of the 57 Commands to make judicious use of the logistic support in delivering their core mandate to the people of the State.
He warned that the Agency will not tolerate any form of indiscipline, or uncivil behavior towards the people. He further warned against the poor maintenance of Government properties under their care
and charged them to take responsibility for assets in their custody.
15 operational vehicles were distributed to commands with mobility challenges for easy movement, while other items including protective jackets, raincoats, rain boots, and new identifications were also
presented to the various commands. The five Divisional Commanders were decorated with the new Identification.
